The Perth NAIDOC Awards were presented at the NAIDOC Perth opening ceremony on Sunday 6 July at Wellington Square, East Perth.

While the award ceremony was the main attraction, the day was filled with live entertainment provided by local Indigenous musicians and dancers.

There were welcomes, speeches, a flag raising ceremony and bush tucker on offer, with information provided in fun-filled bags at the stall’s marquee.
